WHAT
HE DOES?
Jerry Dusseau provides experience-based or "learn by doing" organization
development programs. His training programs, which may incorporate low
and high ropes challenges courses, focus on teambuilding, collaborative
problem solving, and developing more cooperative and supportive work
environments.
WHAT
HE BRINGS?
Jerry brings 14 years of experience in experience-based training and
development, working with both management and staff teams to help build
more cooperative and effective work environments. In addition, he has
18 years of teaching and using experience-based learning techniques
in the university setting.
WHERE
DID HE STUDY?
Jerry holds MS and PhD degrees from Louisiana State University. His
BA degree is from Earlham College.
WHAT
ORGANIZATIONS IS HE INVOLVED IN?
Jerry is a member of the Association for Experiential Education (AEE),
and the Experience-based Training and Development professional group.
Jerry is on the Board of Directors of the New Mexico Chapter of the
American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). In 2000, he was
recognized as the NM ASTD Member of the Year.
